Every room, and what it is doing right now.

Four steps, always in the same order.
The room is not held until the advance is taken. The desk cannot skip a step or finish out of order, so no guest ends up in a room without an ID on file.
-
First01
Advance
Cash, UPI or card. The amount fills in from the room's nightly rate; changing it is a deliberate action.
-
Then02
Government ID
Front and back captured on camera. Aadhaar is stored as the last four digits only, never the full number.
-
Then03
Guest details
Name, mobile, address, where they came from and where they are going. Everyone else in the room is added here with their relation.
-

Photograph
A photo of each guest, taken at the desk and filed against the stay.
The register writes itself.
The police register, the GST on the room line and the guest's ID scans all come out of the one check-in entry. Nothing is copied into a second book.
Every check-in becomes a register row.
Name, age, mobile, ID type and number, permanent address, arrived from, arrival time, purpose, proceeding to, room, departure.
- Searchable by name, mobile or date
- Printable for any date range when an inspection asks
- One entry per stay, even when the guest changes rooms

Room tax follows one night's tariff, not the bill total.
A long stay stays in the right band instead of being pushed into a higher one because the bill got bigger.
- Your bands, set once and editable
- SAC code on the room line
- CGST and SGST shown separately on the invoice
Bands shown are an example. Yours are entered from your accountant's figures and can be changed when the rates change.
Held against the stay, then removed on your rule.
Never shown on any public page. Kept for the period you choose, then removed — with a record of what was removed and when.
- Register entries are kept permanently
- Images follow your retention rule
Dinner goes on the room bill.
If you run a restaurant or bar, the waiter settles the table to a room instead of taking money. The desk sees the charge the moment it is posted, and it comes out on the guest's bill at checkout with the restaurant's own tax rate, not the room rate.
The same software runs the restaurant counter, so the bill and the folio move together. No re-keying at night audit.
- 01Waiter closes table 6
- 02Charge to room 106
- 03Desk confirms surname
- 04On the folio, ₹640
One sheet you can hold against the book.
Everyone who came in, everyone who left, who is still in house, what was charged and what was collected — for any date, giving the same numbers whenever you run it.

Door locks and key cards
Scoped separately for each property: we photograph the lock make and model on site, check the card encoding against that vendor, and quote it as its own piece of work. Everything above runs the same with or without it.
On the desk in a week.
-
Day 1
Setup, one afternoon
We enter your rooms, room types, tariffs and GST bands with you, and create a login for each person on the desk.
-
Days 1–7
First week, book alongside
Standard practice on any changeover: the desk enters each guest in both places and we check the day sheet against the register every evening, so you see the two agree before you rely on the screen.
-
Then
Then the desk runs on it
Registration cards, bills and the police register print from the software. The book closes when you say so.
